Refund policy
Toka has a 30-day return for refund policy on items purchased from toka-shn.com. The purchase price of the item will be refunded. The shipping costs are not included in the refund for those items which did not have free shipping at the time of purchase. Toka-shn will pay for the cost to ship items tothe physical address of toka-shn. Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return by email, or any messaging system if installed on the toka-shn.com website.
In the event that a purchased item arrives damaged in any way the customer shall email admin@toka-shn.com as soon as possible with the order number and at least one clear photo of the item’s condition. Only the purchaser can request a refund. Someone receiving a gift should contact the purchaser concerning an item they want to return, and the purchaser must request the refund within the designated times: within 7 days a photo of the damaged item must be sent to admin@toka-shn.com;and within 30 days the item should be mailed to the toka-shn.com physical address provided below. Toka-shn reserves the right to refuse to refund customers for Items not mailed back to toka-shn.com within the 30 day time period. Concerning special cases, toka-shn will review such situations on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging; or if damaged upon arrival to the customer, pictures of the damaged item must be emailed to admin@toka-shn.com within 7 days after the arrival of the item to the customer's address. The purchaser will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time toka-shn does not do exchanges; only refunds of the price of the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
